Roaming around has become much pleasant and sometimes a fun lately.
Saw a group of students while roaming yesterday. Their loud, shrill arguments were heating up.
“I told you the answer is 15.482 * 10 raised to 7 kilo Newton, you idiot, you didn’t considered pi?”
Yes, Engineering students. Their discussion gave away their identity. I guess they were just out of an examination hall.
Arguments, laughter & sighs were thrown from everywhere. “Wish, I had few more minutes..... they started off late”, “Oh, I wish I could get back those few minutes ” and the lines were powerful enough to race my empty mind with the thoughts.
But hey, wait, have you ever thought, what would have happened if we had enough time? Forget about that, let’s see in this way, what if we had few seconds, few minutes or just few hours more?
Time is extra-ordinarily precious, don’t you think so? No? Ok, say what if almighty gives you some time of your past back to you? To change few minutes of your life or to re-live your precious moments again.
What would you choose?
Will you prefer to change something?
To make corrections for the mistakes of your life? The mistakes which taught you the most important lessons of life? To change the mistakes which changed your life? Mistakes which made you mature with their results?
No, I don’t think you would ever want to change those learning moments.
I guess, you would agree upon to re-live the past moments.
Let me guess the moments you would want to re-live,
The thrilling moments from the hide-n-seek game, when you were just eight?
Or those triumphs of winning tobu-cycle race in your gali?
Or those smooth feelings when you shaved for first time & felt like Tom Cruise, looking into that mirror?
The night-outs when you bought the movies in contribution & watched them all night, finishing your term-work assignments?
Or the happening moments from the stage of school drama?
Or The moments of shivering when the girl you liked, asked for your journal?
Are you forgetting those terrace parties with your friends? Of course not.
Don’t you want to feel that first romantic touch again? That magical embrace, those faster beating moments when you asked her out for first time? Or those soft whispers?
Or those moments when you presented your offer-letter to your parents & those prideful tears of your mom?
& don’t you want those moments when you fought with your best-buddy over a foolish reason?
All those foolish things you did with your gang to impress the girls,
All those cheatings you did to make your team win the game?
Those unplanned trips to the places with the group? Or those mass-bunks? Can you do those again? Naah.
Or do you want some more moments with loved ones who are not with us today?
Don’t you want to ask your Mom, for those best-cooked paraanthas & thepalas.
Yes, time is really precious.
Make your every moment a memory & live the memories in every moment.
So touchy....
